Intuitive Mirror Readings: * Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your session will receive a full refund * Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once within 30 days * No-shows are non-refundable Intuitive Room Shifts & Curated Events: * A non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date and begin the creative process * Cancellations made 7 days or more before your scheduled date will receive a refund of any remaining balance * Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable * Rescheduling requests made 72 hours or more in advance will be accommodated based on availability All Bookings: * Please arrive on time for your session.
