What I've Built With These Hands
This wasn't learned in a classroom.
This wasn't learned in a classroom. It was learned on my knees, grouting tile beside my grandpa, mudding drywall, sanding, taping, and painting before I was old enough to understand what I was really being taught. I was being taught to see a space. To feel what it could become. That knowing has never left me, it only deepened.
EXPERIENCE & CREDENTIALS
✦ Grew up hands-on: tiling, grouting, drywalling, mudding, taping, sanding, and painting alongside my grandpa, carrying those skills into adulthood
✦ 13 years of experience as a designer, visual merchandiser, and buyer for a small business home and boutique store
✦ 2016-2017: Re-designed and built out a women's boutique from the ground up, new shelving, clothing racks, color palette, and painted every wall myself. While pregnant with my first baby.
✦ 2017: Assisted in the full design and launch of a brand new children's boutique
✦ 2016-2022: Led three complete store remodels, redesigning layout, flow, color palette, and visual identity across four distinct sections to create one cohesive, beautiful experience
✦ 2022-2024: Transformed a large home décor floor, repositioning the cash counter, building out a back office, and adding dressing rooms where a staircase once stood
✦ August 2024: Co-staged a home featured in the Parade of Homes in Cedar City, Utah
✦ Completely transformed my own master bedroom from paint, furniture, to every intentional detail in-between because I believe your space should always reflect who you are becoming
✦ Hand-painted a mandala mural on my living room wall, some spaces call for something that can't be bought, only created
